One year ago today, Julianne was helping me count minutes between contractions. I laid in my bed, tried to read a book and wondered if this little guy was going to come out. I hoped the contractions would stop and that he'd wait another week or two to come. But he didn't.
Today, I'm grateful that I'm not doing any of that.

I am wishing that I could do that! Not far along yet. But I am ready for this baby to get off me! Six more weeks till due date.
Amen,to the grateful not to be having contractions! We were moving out of our house a year ago today and I am grateful not to have to do that again for a long long time. He looks so much like his Daddy in this picture!

so weird that that was a year ago! how different things seem now. what a beautiful baby. sorry i'm late on the birthday congrats! but i loved being there with you a year ago - it's such wonderful memory.
