Tonight, we took the biggest, fattest, juiciest, Daddyest strawberry we could find. This strawberry was easily four times larger than all of its pintmates. It was great for some good giggles just because it looked so ridiculously huge. Then we dipped it in chocolate. And since Daddy wasn't here to eat it, we sliced it up three and a half ways and the three and a half of us ate every last delectable bite.
Other things that happened today:
1. The 'A' key completely fell off of Neal's laptop. Oops.
2. Miles' pink eye is completely gone. But mine looks like it's here to stay.
3. We packed the big red suitcase full of the kids' clothes.
4. Audrey wrote her own primary talk.
5. We had to say goodbye to Natalie and her kids. For who knows how long. It was sad and hard and we didn't want to do it, but we just had to go. We don't know when we'll see each other again, or where or how that will happen, which totally stinks. But the good part is that surely we'll talk on the phone within the hour. :)

the A key fell off?! that's crazy!
the strawberries look SO good and Audrey's talk will be so great, I'm sure!
Thanks for coming to the party, despite having to sit in the heat when you didn't feel good - especially when the game plan was you were saposta get a rest out of it - what a day.
number five made me cry and it's 7.30am - not a good sign. your sentiments are what I was trying to express to Jay amid tears last night - the part that makes yesterday hard was that we don't have a scheduled "see you" yet - I find I'm a lot better at goodbyes when I have a date to look forward to....let's get on that one - even if it is just on our minds, it will make me feel better.
It is hard to say goodby to a very good and special friend. Just do like Natalie said and plan a date when you will visit each other and then it doesn't seem so hard. That strawberry had to be on steroids or something -DELICIOUS-
See you soon and have a uneventful trip getting here.
Love and Hugs

ginormous fruit gives me the creeps.
sorry about natalie moving. that stinks.
Mmm, I love chocolate covered strawberries. I'm sorry Natalie moved, too. Believe me, I feel your pain.
Okay, I just thought you should know that I had a dream last night and your strawberry was in it. Odd, I know.
