We had so much fun with our company this weekend! Makes us wish Texas, as fun as it is, wasn't quite so far away from everyone else.
This weekend, I was grateful for my big ole Texas-sized car. Five kids, two moms. It was noisy.If you look really carefully, you can see Miles' face in the little carseat mirror. I just noticed that. heehee
And since it still feels like summer here in Texas, ice cream was on the menu for bedtime snack.
Finding things in the driveway cracks: always a good way to pass the time.
Mabel learned that when you're in Texas, you better dress like it. Pink boots for everyone!
And Miles, well, he was held a lot and today I'm paying the price for that. But we were thankful for the love and I could absolutely eat this baby up.See how much fun we have down here in Texas? Who's coming next? We're ready for you!

Too fun!! I love visits from sisters & cousins and parents. And I love the cute, pink boots. We saw some at Target and I almost got them, but realized Mia would want to wear them everyday!! Miles is getting chubby and I love it. When are you coming here??
Wish we could be next... but can't wait to see y'all in O.K. at Thanksgiving, and are you coming to Sundance for Christmas? Maybe we could steal you away from your family for a day... or a couple of hours... or we could all go somewhere together. From all the blogging... I feel like I know your family so much better =)
