Our life has been quite boring this week, hence the lack of posts on my blog. We're just doing the everyday things, which I am grateful to be doing, let's not forget. Now that I'm pregnant and hurricane season is approaching, the boring, same-ol', same-ol' days are quite welcome. I'm just glad I'm not on bedrest or evacuating my house, both of which are looming possibilities for the summer ahead.We had an abandoned birds' nest (above) in a tree in our front yard. Yesterday, the kids wanted me to get it down so they could look inside. Just leaves, but it was exciting anyway.
Here is our newly-tiled second bathroom. It's SO much better than carpet! Hallelujah, thanks Mom and Dad!

I'm so crazy... I didn't even remember that you had carpet in that bathroom! The tile looks really great, though. Hooray for paying someone to do a project for you.
Sometimes it is nice to just stay home and not have any ouside pressure. The tile looks great and you are right- much better than carpeting expecilly with little ones.
